Terms & Conditions — Real Madrid Foundation Clinic Estonia
Effective for registrations via www.rmfclinicsestonia.comfor the Clinic in Tallinn, August, 2026
Welcome to www.rmfclinicsestonia.com(the “Site”), operated by SIA WH Latvija, Robežu iela 1-46, Ulbroka, LV-2130, Latvia.These Terms & Conditions apply to all users registering for the Real Madrid Foundation Clinic in Estonia, taking place 10-14 August, 2026.
1. Eligibility
The clinic is open to children aged 7 to 14 years old (inclusive).
By registering, the parent or legal guardian confirms that the participant:
• is physically fit for sports activity,
• has no medical restrictions preventing participation,
• will comply with all safety rules and camp guidelines.
2. Registration
During registration, parents must provide the following information:
• full names of parent and participant,
• contact details,
• child’s date of birth, height, weight,
• football kit size (for official Real Madrid Foundation training kit).This information is used solely for:
• camp organization and safety,
• participant grouping,
• kit distribution,
• mandatory reporting to the Real Madrid Foundation as part of our official partnership.
Data will be processed under EU GDPR rules.
3. Payment
All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. No additional processing fees are added by the event operator.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
• A 100% refund is available if cancellation is made no later than 2 weeks before the start of the clinic, i.e., by July 27th, 2026.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date, regardless of reason (including illness, injury, personal schedule changes, or travel conflicts). This policy follows Real Madrid Foundation’s standard clinic procedures.
5. Media Consent
By registering, you agree that photos and videos taken during the clinic may be used by SIA WH Latvija and the Real Madrid Foundation for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.All content will be used respectfully and without compromising participant safety.
6. Liability
Participation is at the parent’s and participant’s own risk. While we maintain a safe and professionally supervised environment, the organizer is not responsible for:
• accidental injuries occurring during sports activity,
• lost or damaged personal items,
• incidents outside official camp operations.
Basic first aid and medical support will be available on site.
7. Changes & Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or participation in the clinic indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
